Filipino Fusion Mains
The heart of the PIÑA kitchen — Filipino classics reimagined with Asian accents, pineapple-infused sauces, and ingredients sourced from the hills surrounding the restaurant.
Piniñahang Manok
The dish the restaurant is named after — chicken braised in fresh pineapple juice, coconut milk, and aromatics until meltingly tender. Served with steamed rice and a side of pickled greens. A PIÑA cornerstone and the dish that best defines our culinary philosophy.
Tuscany Salmon
Pan-seared salmon fillet in a creamy Tuscan sauce of garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan. Served with roasted potatoes or steamed vegetables. One of PIÑA's most frequently reordered mains by returning guests.
Marry Me Chicken
Creamy herb-crusted chicken breast slow-cooked in a rich sun-dried tomato and garlic cream sauce, served over potato purée. The dish earned its name — guests tell us it prompted at least one real proposal in the garden.
Pork Belly Confit
Slow-braised pork belly confit, crispy on the outside and impossibly tender within, served with a house-made pineapple glaze, crushed potatoes, and a side of pickled slaw. Rich, balanced, and worth the visit.
Beef Belly Roast
Low-and-slow beef belly roast, fork-tender with a caramelised exterior crust, served with roasted root vegetables and a red wine reduction. A celebratory main well-suited for family tables and group dining occasions.
Seafood Platter
A generous sharing platter featuring whole fish, fresh oysters, grilled prawns, fried squid, lemon-butter sauce, and PIÑA's pako salad. Fresh, generous, and designed for tables that like to eat together.
Lime Thai Chicken
Grilled chicken marinated in a fragrant lime, lemongrass, and Thai herb blend, served over jasmine rice with a green papaya slaw and sweet chilli sauce. Light, citrusy, and herbaceous — ideal for warm garden afternoons.
Truffle Pasta
Al dente pasta tossed in a silky truffle cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms, aged parmesan, and fresh thyme. A vegetarian crowd-pleaser that bridges the kitchen's Italian-Filipino focus in one bowl.
